A calendar with an extra day only comes along every four years, so you should really make the most of it. How about dancing for 12 hours straight at the Leap Year Dance Marathon? The soundtrack will be provided by local bands Shadwell, Ma’azin, and Revolutionary Snakettes, along with Berklee student DJ NatetrOn. The rock and heavy metal should keep you awake; just watch out when they play the mellow stuff. The marathon is a benefit for May’s DanceMonth
